1. Lukas in Taiwan (210K+ subs from a Taiwan travel channel) bases his titles and thumbnails on the single most eye-catching moment in the entire video - so even if you have multiple interesting things going on, pick one

2. He also says that people subscribe for your next video, not your previous videos - make sure your channel has a clear focus so subscribers know what to expect next

3. iRushAlways (240K+ subs from a Fortnite gaming channel) says all it takes is one video to set up your future YouTube career - he kept pushing for 5 years until his channel exploded in 2022!
