  • Having a clickbait title and thumbnail works! But only if you deliver. In the past, misleading the viewer with a grandiose title worked but now shorter attention spans mean viewers will just stop watching. MrBeast's (and others') videos explode because they set insanely high expectations and then deliver on them

  • The minimum viable content framework is THE way to test your video ideas. Put just enough effort into a video to see if your audience likes it. If it does well, scale your effort with more content, else pick another topic.
